CKA: Human Growth and Development

Understand the communicative message behind challenging behaviors and how to identify skills that can be targeted for instruction. Participants will practice writing behavior equations to determine the function of behavior and target teaching efforts and will gain tools for developing a team-based approach for addressing challenging behaviors

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
