Based on Pyramid Model principles, this training will focus on understanding the communicative message behind challenging behaviors and how to identify skills that can be targeted for instruction. Participants will practice writing behavior equations to determine the function of behavior and target teaching efforts and will gain tools for developing a team-based approach for addressing challenging behaviors
