All staff members bring a variety of strengths and personalities to their jobs. But, how do we find out what those traits are? Participants will take the personality assessment, discuss the results of the assessment, and then show how their results can apply to work, family and personal relationships.
Training Objectives:
1 . To help staff members gain a better understanding of their own personality traits.
2 . To learn how personality types interact with each other.
3 . To help build an effective and productive afterschool team.
