Successful transitions from preschool to kindergarten don’t simply happen; transitions require planning, communication, intentionality, leadership, and time. The foundation for successful transitions is relationships among and between all involved: the child, family, teacher, kindergarten teacher, and community. It is significant to a child’s educational success.
