Preschool Math During Daily Routines

After the training participants will be able to describe why math is important for children’s future success and, understand how math learned in context of daily routines has a greater impact on young children for future success. Participants will receive math learning ideas and songs to implement in their classrooms.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will learn why math in daily routines is important.

2. Participants will learn how to explain examples of math in daily routines.

3.Participants will learn how to intentionally implement math into daily routines

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
