NV Pyramid Model: Teaching a Child on the Autistic Spectrum

In this class we will use the pyramid model to provide information on early childhood special education to give strategies and techniques to help with successful inclusion. We will do this by talking about autistic spectrum disorder and its behaviors, identifying ways to teach in the inclusive classroom focusing on the autistic spectrum disorder student and how to teach social emotional skills in an inclusive classroom setting.
