Empowering staff and delegating tasks can be challenging skills for supervisors. In this training you will learn how to empower your employees and identify strategies it takes to properly delegate tasks for success.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, learners will understand the importance of empowering their employees.

2 . By the end of this session, learners will Demonstrate ways to empower their employees.

3 . By the end of this session, learners will identify strategies to delegate tasks to their employees to provide learning and growth.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
