Learning Event Sumary:

Building on, expanding, and extending children’s language helps them develop more mature and complex communication abilities over time. Communication begins with observation-noticing cues and non verbal communications. These are critical components for supporting communication skills.

Learning Outcomes:

1 . Learners will understand communication milestones birth to 5 years old.

2 . Learners will learn strategies for supporting early communication skills.

3 . Learners will understand multi-language learning.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
