We will be exploring how we can focus on our coaching process with leadership in the Early Childhood environment in mind. We will go through the importance of the characteristics of effective coaching and what that may look like. We will go over How to use strength-based coaching strategies. Also, we will “Align!” By developing skills for successfully coaching teachers. We will review ways to embrace the core strategies of appreciative leadership. Learn the art of great coaching and use reflective practices to help build understanding on this (This is a part of a series but can be taken individually).
