We will be discussing, as leaders in the Early Childhood Environment, understand that there is an urgent need for change. We will go through the importance of understanding the urgency and immunity to change. Also, we will go over what that journey may look like and how to move forward and embrace it. We will “Align!” By discovering you hidden commitments and assumptions to change. After that, we will learn how to embrace new possibilities that will help support sustainable change within your program. Lastly, use reflective practices to help build understanding on these changes (This is a part of a series but can be taken individually).
