Description: How do we use all that we know about science, engineering, and technology and learning in an afterschool program? This session includes a review of the Afterschool SET Ready for Life Checklist and how to use it in your afterschool program.
Training Objectives:
1.To review elements of the Afterschool SET Ready for Life Checklist.
2.To consider and understand how young people’s interests and questions can provide opportunities to help youth learn about SET.
3.To apply what has been learned about providing SET learning in afterschool programs.
